Funding Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and online initiatives. Manage donor communications and track contributions.
  • Sponsorships: Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors. Create sponsorship packages and proposals for events and programs.
  • Event Coordination: Work with teams to organize and manage fundraising events.
  • Reporting: Track fundraising and sponsorship income, prepare performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fundraising, marketing, or event management.
  • Proven experience in fundraising or sponsorship coordination.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with fundraising software a plus.

  • Pay range: $$22-28/hr.
  • Schedule: M-F 8 AM-4:30 PM
  • Location: In-Office, Woodbury
